Penshaw View is a family-run business that has been providing apprenticeships, training, and recruitment services for over 15 years. Based in the city of Sunderland in the North-East, our team supports businesses across the country, helping teams to reach their full potential and upgrade their skill sets.
Penshaw View was established back in 2005 providing health and safety training for local businesses. Since then the company has grown with the creation of Penshaw View Training in 2011, which was set up solely to help those who were unemployed back into work. Our team now supports everyone looking to improve their industry skills and knowledge, helping them to secure roles better suited to their interests and experience.
We further expanded in 2014 and became an apprenticeship provider on a national scale, expanding quickly from a local North-East provider to a popular choice for further education across the entire country. Our recruitment service was introduced in October 2019 allowing us to help people through the entire process, from initial training right through to securing a permanent job role.
We believe everyone has the potential to upskill and succeed and we are proud to be part of the journey.
