Menopause Awareness Training

This online Menopause Awareness Training course has been designed to educate all employees in what menopause is, how to identify menopausal symptoms in themselves and others, understanding their organisation’s Duty of Care towards menopausal staff, knowing what adjustments can be made at work to support menopausal employees, as well as knowing how to offer support to loved ones and colleagues experiencing symptoms.
