Bookings and Cancellations Policy

1. Penshaw View accepts confirmed bookings by post and email – in making such bookings clients accept our booking and cancellations policy. Provisional bookings may be made by post, email and telephone but they must be confirmed at least 21 days before the date of the course or seminar, otherwise the course place will be released.

2. Payment must be received by Penshaw View at least 14 days before the course start date (unless the booking is made within this time, in which case payment must be made immediately.) 

3. For companies who have an invoicing agreement with Penshaw View, fees are payable in full within 30 days of the invoice date.  Please be advised that under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and 8% interest charge (above base) will be made for each day of overdue payment.

4. You agree to pay Penshaw View the fees defined in the table below* for cancelling or postponing a confirmed booking. (If a postponed course is subsequently cancelled then full cancellation fees will apply).

5. In the unlikely event that a course has to be cancelled by Penshaw View you will be entitled to receive a full refund of any monies paid. Alternatively you may choose to book a future course. Penshaw View will not be held liable for any other costs that might be incurred as a result of the cancellation.

6. For most events registration is between 9:00am & 9:15am and close between 4:00pm and 4:30pm, any changes to this will be outlined in your booking details.

7. Smoking is not permitted in training rooms or public areas; details of smoking areas will be outlined at the start of the course.
