3 Penshaw View team members are joining our chosen charity of 2023!

Penshaw View Training are delighted to announce that 3 members of our team are now board members and treasurer at our chosen charity, Business Beats Cancer Newcastle.

This charity is part of the famous overarching organisation, Cancer Research UK, and is an exciting new initiative encouraging the North East business community to come together to help beat cancer.

Board members and supporters help to raise funds and awareness for the charity’s ground-breaking scientific research and all money raised is used for cancer research here in the North East.

Business Beats Cancer is a charity close to the hearts of many of the staff here at Penshaw View Training, so to give back we have selected this cause as our chosen charity of the year for 2023.

As a company, we are planning to complete a variety of charity events over the course of the year, using our existing networks and expertise to support the cause and help the charity to grow.

To kickstart our fundraising efforts, our Director, Phillipa Breckon’s son, Joshua, took on the 12k Total Warrior in Leeds, raising a huge £500 so far!

We are looking forward to forging a fruitful relationship with the Business Beats Cancer Newcastle team and hope to consistently raise money for this valuable and essential local charity.
