We’re hiring!

About us

We’re a small, specialist independent training provider delivering high-quality, employer-led apprenticeships. Our focus is simple — empower learners and employers through expert training, personal support, and real results.

Due to growth, we’re looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Trainer to deliver the Level 3 SHE Technician Apprenticeship to a portfolio of motivated learners across the UK.

The Role

You’ll deliver engaging training and one-to-one coaching, helping apprentices develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for their SHE Technician role.
You’ll manage learner progress, conduct reviews, support End-Point Assessment preparation, and maintain compliance with ESFA and Ofsted standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, supportive team where your input really makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, interactive training (online and in-person).
  • Coach apprentices through their learning journey and prepare them for EPA.
  • Carry out regular learner and employer reviews and keep accurate records.
  • Ensure programmes meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Maintain CPD and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery.

About You

  • Minimum NEBOSH General Certificate, or equivalent HSE qualification.
  • Teaching or training qualification (AET/PTLLS, CertEd or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering or assessing apprenticeship or vocational programmes.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Desirable: Assessor qualification (CAVA/TAQA), IOSH/IEMA membership, and experience delivering the Level 3 SHE Technician standard.

What We Offer

  • Training and Development: Access to a wide range of training, professional development opportunities, and apprenticeships, which can lead to further qualifications and career progression.
  • Flexible Working: Opportunities for flexible hours and shift patterns in some roles, including home working
  • Wellbeing Support: Investment in employee wellbeing and access to confidential counselling services in some associated companies. Access to senior management
  • Annual Leave: 26 days plus bank holiday with option to buy up to an additional 5 days per year and an extra day’s holiday at Christmas.
  • Work Life Balance: Paid half day Friday every other week (12.30 pm finish)
  • Office Facilities: Free onsite parking, free tea and coffee, free sanitary products stocked in office toilets
  • Charity & Volunteering: Volunteer Day linked to the company charity
