Apprenticeships: Success rates and overall delivery round-up

As a nationwide training provider, we like to ensure we are providing high-quality training that is accessible and helps to support the learning and development of apprentices across the country.

We are proud to announce that our overall apprenticeship delivery and success rates are continuing to improve.

A statistic that is important for us is the rate of achievement for our apprentices, and we are delighted that we are currently at a 100% pass rate across all of our courses.

In addition to this, just over 75% of our apprentices achieve a distinction, meaning that three-quarters of participants excel at their chosen programme and gain a deeper understanding of the course content.

Our Safety, Health and Environmental Technician (SHE) apprenticeship course accounts for 25% of UK enrolments, meaning that there is a real drive towards Health & Safety learning and training across the country.

In our latest OFSTED report we received a Grade 2: Good, which in turn gave us more confidence in our current processes and the training environment we provide for participants.

Our large portfolio of blue-chip organisation clients, including Amazon, the NHS, and, GlaxoSmithKlein, trust us to provide the best possible training programmes for their apprentices and workforce.

This further gives us confidence in our ability to provide the best possible training programmes to upskill a wide variety of workforces.
